Very cool image.
I think if it were mine, I might remove the bright spot on the one blind and perhaps take the light down a bit just in the lower areas of his hand down below the larger opening. Perhaps a little nitpicky, but, its a quality image and a little more tweaking will eliminate any distraction from the real focus.
Great job on this.
