There's too little of a subject here.
If you had moved right underneath the tree to capture the blue of the sky right through those branches ... :scratch: ... maybe? Or if there had been the contrails of a plane in the picture? Or if there were a large bird in the tree? But like this ... it's ... don't know ... nothing. No matter how fascinating the blueness of the sky may have been to you when you saw it with your own eyes, your photo in the way you composed it doesn't transport it to us, the viewers (well, not to me, as I am speaking my own mind only, can't speak for everyone).
