....The Boyd Parker torture tree sits along the road in Leicester Ny. I saw the little history marker sign as I drove by so I decided to stop. The tree has braved storms and bad weather for years, marking the place where Lieutenant Thomas Boyd and Sergeant Michael Parker were tortured to death by Native Americans during the revolutionary war.
