The Bubble Nebula! With two clear nights in a row, I chose to capture this nebula, which is located next to the Lobster Claw Nebula, which I imaged the night before. The Lobster Claw Nebula is located just off the upper right corner of the frame. As a bonus, there is a star cluster in the bottom left of the frame.

-Celestron AVX mount
-Astro-Tech AT130EDT 130mm f/7 telescope with a 0.8x reducer, making it a 728mm focal length, f/5.6 scope.
-ZWO ASI2600MC Pro cooled camera
-ZWO EAF focuser
-Optolong L-Extreme dual narrowband filter
-Pegasus Astro Mini Powerbox
-Orion 60mm guide scope
-Orion Starshoot autoguider
-Controlled with a MeLE Quieter3Q mini PC running Windows

Software
-Sequence Generator Pro for acquisition
-PixInsight and Photoshop for image processing
-PHD2 guiding software

-99 x 180sec subexposures
-calibrated with 15 each darks, flats, and dark flats
-Total integration time of 5hrs

Beautiful image!

This is amazing. It really looks like you captured a space bubble! One of the stranger ones, visually - but so cool!! Love it. Great work!

Wonderful image! We can't even imagine the immensity of these nebulae, the lightyears that they span from end to end.

It's truly mind boggling. The fact that traveling at the fastest known speed (light speed) it would take thousands of years to get there.

Awesome image.
