working on night and low light photos, turned out pretty descent i guess

any one know if my UV filter could have caused that green lens flair on in the first photo i posted ?? i am guessing that might have been what did that.

not sure if i like that or not but i have never got a flair like that before. i just added the UV filters to help protect my lenses recently so i am guessing that was the cause.

thanks guys, i guess if i do any night shooting ill take that thing off, i just like the fact that my lens cant get scratched with it on, you never know what might happen and lenses are not exactly inexpensive.

yeah, i was not focused properly on number 3, at the time i was not thinking about it, i have been using a point and shoot the last several years and i forgot about focus points, on that it was just point and shoot and everything was in focus, i do not have my DSLR set up that way, i just got a DSLR again a few weeks ago, i had my focus point set to the center, but next time ill remember to make sure the focus point is on the subject.
