Woah! Watermark much? pump up the contrast, some sharpening and edit the logo. You'll have yourself a nice picture.

Thomas.. my advice would be to drop the watermark. That is one of the most annoying ones I have ever seen!

K... I'll remove the watermark, maybe replace it later with a small text one, also thanks for the tips with the contrast and sharpness

I would also consider a vertical crop.. too bad you didn't shoot it that way. You have a lot of dead space on either side of the bird. That would also minimize the blown out highlights in the background also.
