I think, that without this garbage bag this picture would be also interesting. shadows and the lines of cables ( or whatever it is) create quite abstract composition. The bag breaks it and brings some uncertain qualities, change the story, makes for me the picture less pure, not because it's a garbage, but because it's foreign to the rest in composition.
