The "Green Drought"

G'day all

Western Victoria and some of South Australia are experiencing severe drought, and the 'green drought' is widely visible. From a distance we can see some green, but for the animals, there is little or nothing to actually feed upon. Some areas have not received more than 20% or their usual year's rainfall over the last 12-18 months. Hand feeding of stock is widespread

Ah yes, our old nemesis...drought! I live in California and feel quite qualified to say 'I feel your pain'. Hope it turns around for you.

2nd photo for me. The first photo for some reason doesnt work for me, but unsure exactly why, other than i think it is just too baron for me. Love the sheep in it but for some reason everything else catches my eyes. Maybe old age LOL
