The Photographs that couldn't post- D100 TPF edition, Critique welcome

I was itching to post these photographs for a month now, but unfortunately I had one of these as an entry to the monthly photo challenge. This little guy was out shopping with his mom and his younger brother, gave me quite a few keepers. Also looking for serious critique on these this time (I know I chopped the feet off ), as I really want to improve my street photography skills.

I remember that you got some really good critique for the first shot and from your post now I see you're very well aware of the faults here.

And... they aren't snapshots, it shows that you were thinking... a bit
