I really like the overall atmosphere of this photo.
And the yellowish autumn colours go so well with the reflection of sky on part of the water and the light blue clothing of the person. Very nice!
Personally, I might have tried to show a little less of the dead lawn in the front, but that is just a personal thing. You seem to have wanted to clearly divide the photo by three, which is ok by me, too!
