I prefer pic 1 as the Star fish just jump right out at you. But then again, pic 2 is a much stronger landscape scene. Ok, so I like both of them for different reasons.

Thanks. I think I prefer #1 because the light is too harsh on #2.

Thank you. It was a bit of workout getting that low to the rocks to pop off the exposures with the ocean behind me.
