    Very nice shot! As a chess player myself, I can really appreciate it. Also, kudos for making such a nice image with a humble lighting setup!

    I believe I have that same set on my entertainment center right now!

    it looks like the same chess set I have also, good job on the lighting, its a really nice photo.

    I have always really liked these chess sets made from glass. We haven't got one ourselves ... they are really cool photo motifs, I find! You did very will with the lighting. I quite like your "Timeless Rendevouz"!

    The LED gives the chess pieces a blue tint, but I'm not really sure if it really works for this picture. I've had mixed comments on it, some prefer the tint, some don't.

    Any thoughts?

    I like the blue, it gives a subtle hint of color to an almost black and white shot.
