As you probably know, selective color is usually not a good idea. This is one of those instances! 
Kind of an mellow seascape... but now all you see is a yellow something! lol!

Well, some 'artist' put some yellow 'artwork' at that place.
For some reason, it has no added value to the beach there... but I thought it could be fun in a black/white photo.
