Seems like the 1/60th of a second was too slow a shutter speed already, I detect a bit of blur (camera shake).
I do like the open aperture (f5.6) which really helped to pick out the thorns as your subject and to totally blur out the background.
Yeah, I was hiking and had my polarized filter on and left my tripod in my other car. It was really bright and sunny out so it made shooting this a bit difficult on the fly.
