What are the weird red lights on top of the obelisk ?

Those are the LED status lights for the psychotronic mind-control device that is buried at the base of the antenna (or "monument", as the illuminati would have us believe). Because the "monument" was built before the advent of digital cameras, the illuminati presumed nobody would ever be able to detect these lights, which only electronic sensors can see. It was designed this way for the cybernetic vision systems that the illuminati seers have all been implanted with since the time of Adam Weishaupt (late 1880s). The seers have probably all been upgraded by now, and I suspect the "monument" is obsolete technology, with satellite brainwave disrupters, neurolinguistic programming and other advanced semiotic theories (or stuff we can't even imagine) in a more prominent role these days.

BTW, what's with all the black stuff? It looks sort of scritchy, like something was hastily erased. Otherwise this is a fantastic photo.
