Thoughts on these Night Shots

Just wanted to share some shots I took last night at about 11:00 from our local downtown main street.

they are well-exposed but the pictures have nothing particularly interesting or dramatic to engage the viewer.

Thanks It was my first time out taking night shots with my new camera and just wanted to get some opinions.

i don't know if this site is still here, but www.lostamerica.com he (troy paiva, his brother is sponsered by fuji, and is one of those guys with the full page fuji ads) was my inspiration for night shots.

if you shoot night, shoot film starting out, it can make things much easier, noise isn't an issue either.

although newer cameras have gotten to be pretty good about noise reduction

Thanks much. I just had to take my 30D out after a movie and thought the sign looked neat. There is much truth in it that its doesnt grab attention really. Just was wondering if there is any c & c for the night shot that I took as it was my first time out in the dark.
