the first is a just a shot of other people's art work without anything added.
The second is an unremarkable shot of people in the street.

The third however is quite nice.
You've chosen a nice vantage point to use the walls and the rails as compositional elements and the foreground isn't totally dark so the viewer knows its there but doesn't get distracted.
This last is a shot that shows you've put something into it.

I think Lew nailed it. The first two do nothing for me, but the third is pretty killer. Leading lines, excellent tonality, nice colors, solid composition, etc. Nicely done.
