Throwing around the idea of replacing my D40

I too am looking to upgrade to the D7000. Every time I see someone the street with it, I get green with envy. I currently have a D80 and the low light performance is really what is getting to me. Anyways, are all your lenses DX format? If so, what's the point of going full frame? You're gonna need a whole new set of lenses.
