Something suggests to me that taking this from a squatting position would have made composition a tad more pleasing, given the subject you chose. It's only a feeling I get from this...

I took the image into PS and darkened it a bit, and I actually like it brighter the way it's displayed here. Which is strange as I tend to like darker images. I almost always darken mine, and have even started shooting a lot at -0.5.

Hmmm. Well, it's slightly darker in print, but not by much. Just so that the stand bottoms are a little bit more defined.
