Tips on Tweaking

Hey guys

Anyone prepared to give me some tips on bringing this pic to life?

Im not sure if I should make the foreground silhoutte more pronounced or not. By that I mean blacken it more to remove the detail.

Also id like the orange and blue of the sky to be enhanced.

But maybe thats not the way to go.

Any advice?

I'd try to increase the saturation some, maybe change the dull yellow to orange or even red. It would be nice to see more foreground detail.

To me, the image looks like it was taken with a real wide-angle lens, and it was aimed up a bit. So I would at least correct the perspective.

Hopefully you shot this in raw.....

OK stupid question time. What do you mean by correct the perspective?


Yes I shot it in RAW.

I understand saturation so can do that but not sure what you mean about correcting the perspective

Straighten everything that's leaning inwards.

You could play around with making the blacks darker and the whites lighter until you get a desired effect.
