Too much of a cliche to get much interest from me.
It is well exposed and sharp enough but both the tire and the rail aren't used as design elements and we're left just looking at a old beat-up chair.

Come on, think about it a bit.

Terrific photo -- I was instantly struck by how the chair is anthropomorphized in what seems to be an action of stepping into (or out) of the tire and it's left foot is slipping out from under it and it's trying to catch it's balance. Nailing the tech down is nice to see as well and great textures in the chair fabric.
