Tmax 400 pushed and Tmax Developer

Hi black and white fiends

I have found conflicting information regarding the recommended Dev time for Tmax 400 (pushed +1) and Tmax Developer. I have never used this combination before.

This Kodak Data sheet mentions 7mins @ 20.C

Small difference yes, but has anybody else had any insights from this combination around timing.

Since those are starting times and you have not done any testing than I would go with what the film chart says.

For reference this chart says 6.75....... Massive Dev Chart Film Development, Film Developing Database

BUT in the notes in says..... "User reports this published time is too short".
You might want to add on 30-45 seconds more time.

FYI....For push I use X-Tol (great for eliminating base fog).
