Niki - No problem. Most all military personel keep this style haircut; whether it's required or not I'm not sure.

every day every hour on the hour. yes, there is quite a crowd everytime except for early morning and late night changes.

ahh very cool. looks like it would be somehting pretty interesting to witness... maybe someday me and my family will take a vacation to DC...
