Not bad, but it seems a little dark (underexposed). If you shot it in raw, you can probably brighten it up a bit. The only other thing that bothers me is that the CN Tower is smack in the middle of the picture and thus really cuts the image in halves. It might have been better, from a compositional perspective, to place the tower on either the left or right thirds position.

Maybe a different perspective could have resulted in the sun breaking through the clouds right over the CN Tower? That would've been a powerful composition.

 

[Usul]

The tower and especially the cloud near by attract all attention but they are not supposed to be the main objects. I guess it'd be better if you split them or maybe reframe a little and move the tower to the right.
