Is that an Ornate Box Turtle? If it's a North American species and you're west of the Mississippi that would be my guess. Thanks for posting.

The first two pics are of the Western Herrmann's Tortoise (from the Balkan Peninsula, Europe) last is a African Spur Thied Tortoise or sulcata tortoise
