I like the angle you shot from, could have used a little more sky at the top but nice shot.

The full image has a lot more sky than this edited one. I wanted the water to be dominant, but maybe I took it a little too far. Maybe the building should be somewhat darker too?

Much better, maybe just a little tighter crop, this is kind of what I mean, makes the town hall just a hair bigger, but at this point it's all just personal preference.
