That looks like the Coaster that travels from Santa Fe Depot San Diego to LA and Oceanside. ... I wouldn't mind trying to find this location if it is or one similar.

That is actually Surfliner that goes up and down the CA coast. As for where it was taken, in Chatsworth, CA, just west of Topanga Canyon Blvd.

That's where i was standing when the train flew by! Not sure if I was supposed to be there, but oh well...:meh:

Cheers .....I might try to have a trip on it on my vacation. and get a few shots at Snata Fe depot.
