Trankilandia Colombia Aug 2023

This is in Guaviare Colombia and has a red coloured river, the colour is caused by Rhyncholacis clavigera,
This plant is only found in Serrania (mountain chain) Lindosa (Guaviare) and Marcarena (Colombia) in the world.
The most famous place is Cano Cristales which is not where I went.
You can only see this in the wet season

In hindsight I wish I had taken some photos with a very high shutter speed to freeze the water and also some close ups with the macro lens.
