Trouble uploading pictures on TPF.

Hi

I cant upload any images from my PC to any threads here.

when i use the basic uploader i get the following message
"four321zero, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone elses post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disable your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

** I was trying to start a thread to get a feedback on one of my pics.
** I am guessing my account is already active since i have posted another thread yesterday but that was without an attachment.

P.S. What does CC stand for here? I came across several topics that said "pics of my cat, CC" etc

cc means comment/critique
