I am no expert, but I think his forehead is a little hot. Maybe bring the exposure down about half a stop? Otherwise I like it.

Pretty good first attempt--I'd just like to see more catch lights in the eyes. I only notice the spots on your sensor on the BG

forehead doesn't look hot here to me, I think you nailed the exposure but maybe got too hot on the BG if anything.
