hi i'm moving my question here becouse in the nikon forum i didn't got a reply and i thought maybe here there is more eyes
(if i brake a forum rule i'm sorry i'l delete it)

so i'm using
nikon d-5100
and i want to buy a flash to mount on my camera
because i'm low on budget. i thought about
either this one >

YONGNUO Upgraded Flash Speedlite YN 560 II for Nikon D7000 D5100 D5000 D3100 519890690418 | eBay

or this one >

New YONGNUO I TTL Flash Speedlite YN 565EX for Nikon D5000 D5100 D3100 D3000 817211026152 | eBay

winch one do you recommend more ? does the YN-565EX one really worth twice then YN-560 II ?

i also want to buy in 2 months or so an umbrella\sofbox and an external flash to have a more soft light for studio level photos,
so in order to do that i understand i need another one of these two flashes i showd here right (yn-565ex, yn-560 2) ? and an umbrella + stand + transmitter ? (it says i don't need transmitter with this two flashes that they know how to work because they have something on board)

sorry for asking to much and if it's not clear i'll be happy to explain more
you guys as allways been a great help in everything i do !

The big difference between those two flashes is that the the 560 is completely manual, while the 565 supports TTL (which is why there's a specific Nikon model and a Canon model). As near as I can tell, the "wireless triggering" on the 560 is just an optical flash trigger, whereas the 560 has built-in support for Nikon's wireless lighting system. I believe your D5100 doesn't support that as-is (Nikon guys, please feel free to correct this), but this might not be as big a problem as it sounds.

I can't tell you which route is better for you, since the 560 is obviously quite a bit cheaper than the 565, but I can tell you that my first flash unit was a LumoPro LP-160, which is a completely manual flash -- somewhat equivalent to the 560. I used it successfully for maybe a year and a half before I picked up a Yongnuo 568. In hindsight, I sure wish I'd have had the TTL-capable flash earlier, but I do believe I learned a bit about off-camera flash by needing to set the LP-160 manually.

When you're ready to go wireless, I've had good luck with Yongnuo's triggers -- the 603 is small and super-cheap, but manual-only (so match with the 560), whereas the 622 supports TTL (so match with the 560). I've got a set of each, and they work great with my two flashes. Bonus: since they're RF triggers, you don't have to worry about line-of-sight like you do with some wireless triggering systems.
