Now they are cute as it gets!!!

On a cuteness scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate them as a 12. The same as I rate my own twin granddaughters.

Take some more with those hats on and zoom way in close. We're not sick of seeing them yet.

Great start and totally terrific pictures of kids.

I would suggest:

raising them in the frame by adding more at the bottom and subtracting at the top.
isolate the kids and chair to new layer

increase saturation, contrast and warmth on that layer
sharpen that layer and use local contrast enhancement​

make the rest less bright

All of this is to make the kids and chair more prominent and important by using color and focus and not change their size.
