Underwater videos to pictures

Hello,

This is my first post here I started making underwater videos last summer and than I separate the video file in single images, the problem is that from just few minutes video I get thousands of photos.

Many of them are not sharp enough, is there a software that is able to do batch image processing and to remove the non focused and blurry pictures, or just to select the sharp one?

There is no need to be 100% accurate as I'm not a professional photographer, but just to make my life easier without the need to manual preview 4-5000 images..

I'll use this for some other video to image conversions, so underwater is not the main goal I know that there are too many factors such as lightness etc etc affecting underwater files.

I'm currently using Microsoft Expression Media 2, so a script able to label should also do the trick if there is such a thing.

I'm pretty sure in the Organizer in Photoshop Elements there are tags like 'high quality' and 'blurry' that might be able to do what you are looking for. I don't recall how accurate it was since I didn't use it very often. When I had Elements, I typically went through files one by one.
