I don't know what to make of this lens. It has military assembly numbers.
There's no aperture or focus markings. It has some sort of dust cap that wouldn't close over the lens mounted on it, like it's missing a second hinge point...
The flange is about 6 inches in diameter. It's coated so I think it's a post war prototype.
I'm hoping my hobbyist Geiger counter is exaggerating the reading.

Best guess it's from a military aerial camera and they have a reputation for being quite radioactive. You have a hazardous waste disposal problem.

Mine isn't the worst I've seen.
There's a Konica f1.2 exceeding 27000 cpm.
