URGENT! I need verification on the compatibility before I buy!

I have a Nikon D3100 and I wanted to make sure these two lenses were compatible with AF and everything before I bought them!

They are fully compatible with your camera. Just look for "AF-S" in the product name...that means it will autofocus on your camera.

From this chart it looks like it isn't though because it's "G"

G just means it doesn't have an aperture ring. It doesn't effect autofocus.

For your camera, the only thing you really need to look at is whether it has a silent wave motor or not...That is demonstrated by the AF-S in the title. As far as your chart, look at note (1). As far as Nikon's new lens line up, many of the DX only lenses are 'G'. Nothing to worry about.
