Video LED light panels behind umbrellas for outdoor shooting?

If I were to get something like this: Lastolite LA2423 TriFlash Three PocketFlash Bracket LL LA2423 allowing me to set up three shoe-mount LED light panels commonly used for video (ex: Flashpoint Shoe Mountable 160 LED Video Light, Dimmable LED160), do you guys think that would output enough light to be useful as an on-location fill light outdoors during the daytime?

Not expecting miracles or anything from this kind of setup, but just something to add a bit of fill light and a catch light for shoots with the sun behind my subject. It would be nice to be able to shoot without worrying about shutter speed in situations where flashes would rely on HSS or FP sync to work.
