Looks really great. I'm partial to number 2, but all of them are well done.

My only critique would be the less than subtle borders. I think they take away from the images. Perhaps a thin black or white border would better support that actual photograph.

My favorite is #2, although it is a little dark in some areas and blown out in some as well.
