Virginia Beach Sunrise [5 Pics]

I go to Va Beach once a month and always try to carve out some time to get toes in the sand. My first dawn patrol thee in many years, and without a surfboard which was a strange feeling. This past Saturday I made it down for sunrise at the pier.

Nice set. I went there on my honeymoon. We sat inside Ocean Eddies eating mussels w/Tabasco and drinking cold beer while we listened to a band and the waves going past through the wooden floor. Cool place. 🏆

All decent takes. The vignettingon the first is a bit heavy for my tastes but I really like the longer exposures here.

Great set. I like #1, great depth of color in the sky, the light trails, the lighting on the sign. For me, the vignetting works in this one.

I also like the ones shot under the pier.
