Visible difference between these primes and zooms?

I know this may be a stupid question to ask, since without doing a shoot-out it might all be hearsay.

But... my question is thus... would you be able to tell a difference in quality between these lens combinations? (Assuming the 24-70L is shot at 35mm and 30mm respectively).

1) Canon 24-70L vs. Canon 35mm 1.4L
2) Canon 24-70L vs. Sigma 30mm 1.4

Both are zooms.

The visible difference I have seen between zooms and primes is in the very fine detail and flare control. In both cases the prime will have the advantage.
