Voigtlander Braunschweig Heliar brass barrel lenses dropping in value?

Has anyone here sold a vintage Voigtlander Braunschweig Heliar brass barrel lens? I’m starting to think nobody cares about these wonderful lenses anymore.

I’m currently selling my 420mm lens from 1931 and the auction ends on Sunday. I couldn’t find an exact match for this model so I was a little uncertain how to price it. So far it has one bid, but I’m a little concerned because I thought there would be multiple bidders. I’ve actually had a couple of people suggest to me to melt it down and that I would get more for the metal. I absolutely do not want to do that.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
