VT Moose Right Place @ The Right Time

My wife and I have a seasonal campsite in Southern VT USA. We spend pretty much every weekend May - Oct. camping. Less than an hour drive from the campground is the Green Mountain National Forest. " Big Woods" 400,00 acres. I spend many weekends hiking with my camera. Seen a number of bears ( no photo ops yet) and a number of moose. The pics below were the result of me sitting on a beaver dam on a small pond in the forest. Although the shots were long ( pics enlarged) two moose showed up. Not sure what took place but clearly the dominant bull was not happy with the smaller bull in the area . To my surprise the smaller bull started swimming . Wind was not in my favor. As I tried to close the gap, both bulls slipped back into the forest. Pics are not all that good, However , the experince was neat!
