Nice dog. My sister in law has the same breed. Very playful. Maybe you have other pictures of this dog with a bit better composition as this picture itself doesn't have much impact on emotionally separated viewer like me. 
Conversion is nice, it has very much Kodak TriX look. I like the tonality of it.

I like it! To me this picture definitely tells the story of the little dog waiting for a treat from the table. But then again, I have a dog of my own, so maybe I just know this look too well 
I personally like the composition, although maybe if there was a bit more of table or chair leg it might be a little clearer about what is going on. I also like the DOF going on.
