Nice work! I like the shots of them kicking the bag. How many lights were you using? How were they triggered?

If you're extremely subtle it can be very useful.

My biggest issue with a good number of these shots is the over-processing. The desaturation and other effects are way too noticeable for my liking and reduce the overall quality for me. The lack of subtlety in the editing of a lot of these shots is taking away from the shots and becomes a distraction from the subject. I personally think you could tone down the editing and it would look 10X better. Not to say they don't look decent to me, but I think they could use a lot of improvement in the editing.
