No names no pack drill, but wouldn't it be fun if only moderators and ad ministrators jacked people up for posting in the wrong threads and other "shudder" infractions? Just sayin.

Back on the subject.
My answer, not necessarily about this specific question, is that the more self-policing that is done by the members themselves, the more pleasant an environment becomes.
Mods can't be everywhere and if the @$$h0les among us see that the 'marshall is outa town' and there is no peer condemnation, they will take the opportunity to be the jerks they are naturally.

The atmosphere here is pretty good, most toxic individuals are gone and the less that the mods have to do, the better.
