I still can't find my good bird guide, But I shot this fellow this afternoon.
Pretty crisp and sharp for handheld shots at 400mm while waist deep in water

Very nice! Especially since it is handheld. Makes me really want that lens! Too bad it is waaayyy out of my price range!
