Great subject and well exposed/processed, but two minor quibbles: (1) I keep looking at the two strips of lighter-colored vegetation in the upper left that lead out of the frame - perhaps crop to where they diverge? (2) the roof doesn't stand out that well from the background; lightening the background a bit might help.

I actually darkened the background to give it a more going back to nature look. LOL

That makes sense - it does have that look. Obviously I wasn't "getting the picture".

It would be cool if you would make the tweaks you feel would make it better :thumbup:

I think I would have used a tighter aperture to make the background that much sharper.

[converted to lab and fooled with the lightness then reverted and punched the curve if you're curious]

Sometimes you can use a filter (an Orange would have been nice for this I think) but sometimes you just have to position yourself to get the light from the right direction if time won't help.
