Weeding photography, renting a lens

Thank you all. Very very informative. I wish I could someday get a FX but budget is tight now days. I got the d300s used a couple of years ago very good deal.

Well, I decided to rent both for the weekend and wow they are amazing. I always thought how much a lens can really improve the photo quality. I don't know how but it does.

I will defiantly save for the 24-70 2.8, and may be a 85 prime lens. The 70-200 it's great but I don't think I will be carrying that monster around that much. Most photos I shoot are below 70mm

For the wedding I will be using the 70-200 and leave the 24-70 to my wife.
