It looks like some of your snow scenes are underexposed and haven't been white balanced (bluish). I would consider using a neutral gray card in your snow scene exposures and use your camera's custom white balance setting to correct the blue cast.

I adjusted all the white balance in lightening and they came out fine on both my monitors? Strange?

If you compare the images that you posted in the set to each other, it is easy to see which images are off on white balance and which ones are reasonably close to being O.K. The same can be said of the exposure issues. If you have both of your monitors calibrated and you are using a cloned and/or extended desktop configuration with your computer, you can do some side by side comparisons.

Cheers, I was trying to keep the snow blowing around in the shot. Nice crop though

try over exposing by +1 or +2ev to get the white snow look insead of the greyish blue
