Went to the zoo yesterday. Took heaps of shots. Fun times. Tried fill flash where I could this time but many were behind glass or wire.

These guys were seriously too cute!

Kea - Native Parrot of New Zealand. These guys are cheecky and live up in the mountains. Clever fellas terrorise campers/skiers and love pulling rubber parts off cars and getting into anything they can.

That one otter is throwing you kisses! :shock: Clearly so! I can see it! Wow, how could you pursuade an otter to throw you kisses? Maybe just because they live on the other side of the world and haven't heard too much of The Otter King aka The Lost Prophet as yet :scratch: !

The feathers of the bird in the last photo are very detailed! I like that photo!

Nice series. The otter shot is very cute, and I hadn't noticed the one 'blowing kisses' until Lafoto mentioned it. 1, 5 and 8 are my faves of this bunch.

These are great, love the Otters. They are so hard to get a shot of here, they run around all over the place constantly.

Haha, yeah I got a heap of blurred or out of frame otters!!!

Very nice shots. I love the Otters. I've tried numerous time at 3 different zoos to get Otter shots, but they're never very cooperative and always under the water so the best I've been able to do is a shot [through the glass] of them swimming. I love #4 also - thats a type of lemur isn't it?
