Some nice photos there. #1-The background is a little too busy for the shot and the lost detail in the head makes it less interesting. I like #2, but #3 is definitely the best. Good exposure, and I like the reflection of the duck in the water.

I played around more with sharpness and detail for #1, maybe a bit too much, I like the background so that stays though
